Duck
FREE RANGE CORNISH DUCK
Fantastic free range whole duck, spring water and meadow herbs combine to create succulent meat. Dry plucked and hung to increase flavor and improve texture.
Average size 1.6—2.00 kilo
We are proud to say we do not use artificial pesticides or chemical fertilisers in the production of our meat or vegetables.
To reduce stress and food miles all our slaughter, dressing and hanging is carried out at our local Meat Hygiene Standard registered abattoir.

Eggs

Our laying flock consists of speckled, white leghorn, hebden blacks and Calder ranger hens.

Pork
FREE RANGE CORNISH PORK
Our herd of pigs are saddleback cross Gloucestershire old spot. Fantastic tasting pork from happy pigs.

Chicken
FREE RANGE CORNISH CHICKEN
Fresh free range whole chicken, slow grown, grass fed
chicken. Road island red x bird dry plucked and hung for a truly magnificent flavor.
Average size; 2.00—2.5 kilo

Eggs

Alesbury, khaki cambells & Pekin ducks make our happy band of laying ducks producing a mix of white & classic blue duck eggs

This is an excellent local family run farm. Who sell delicious free range chickens, ducks & eggs. I have tried all their produce & have been really pleased with the delicate & subtle favours after cooking in various way, & the eggs are to die for, haven`t tasted eggs like this for years. The farm is a gem with a beautiful philosophy around the way they rear their birds & the environment they live in. Its a lovely farm, exuding enthusiasm with an organic & natural growing methods, that spill into the whole life of each bird..making for a happy & peaceful atmosphere. They encourage people to ask questions & see what they do..what more can you ask for? I highly recommend this farm, definately worth a call.
