The Wildon Grange range of salad dressings, are sold widely in the Northeast and Cumbria at Farmers Markets and up-market delicatessens, specialising in locally produced foods. The range of dressings is designed to specifically complement the different textures and flavours of salad leaves and ingredients that are more widely available today. The dressings can also all be used in their own right as marinades Leo’s Balsamic and Orange dressing for example, is outstanding when used to marinade Chicken, Duck or Lamb fillets
