Completely free range and natural. Producers of rare and old english beef including Old English Longhorn, White Park and Dexter; hung for 30 to 40 days on the bone and butchered using traditional methods. Any cut from tongue to oxtail available.

Beef like it used to taste, Polly hangs it on the bone for 4 or more weeks, does it get any better?! She is now doing pork, we had some black bacon this weekend....a dream
