  • I run a bakery based in the recently opened ‘Suffolk Food Hall’ and bake for hotels, restaurants, delicatessens, Farm shops etc, as well as providing bread for the food hall.
We deliver in the Suffolk & south Norfolk area and I also attend local farmers markets.

Organic flour from Marriages Mills is used in all of my
hand made breads. No preservatives are used in my products
unfortunately shortening the shelf life, BUT keeping the variety of breads tasting like bread should.

A large range of bread products are baked including
Focaccia, ciabatta and many flavoured breads such as olive & pumpkin seed, chilli & rapeseed oil and walnut bread.
Also provided are Sour dough, Chelsea Buns and raisin bread, as well as the day to day tin loaf and bloomers.

I cater for people with special dietary requirements, which are becoming more common in this era of mass produced foods. Therefore, 100% Rye bread, gluten free bread & yeast free breads are available too.

I consciously try to use local produce within my bread and buy from local suppliers or by going straight to the source.

Bread was started a year and a half ago because I thought there was a need in this area for good wholesome bread with out any additives. People seam to be going back to the old way of shopping by buying from individual shops, e.g. butcher, baker, candlestick maker!
I am very pleased with how the business is progressing and I am delighted with the fantastic response of customers to the type of bread which my granddad used to bake.
